Breakfast

Breakfast can be substituted with a serving of cereal or toast. All dishes are served with your choice of juice, tea, or coffee.

Lunch

For lunch, dishes are served with a soup-du-jour, bread and/or crackers, as well as your choice of water, tea, or coffee. We can substitute main dishes with the Chef's sandwich-of-the-day, which are made fresh daily.

Dinner

For dinner, dishes are served with a serving of fresh fruit or a serving of desert, as well as your choice of water, tea, or coffee. We can substitute main dishes with the Chef's sandwich-of-the-day, which are made fresh daily.

Tradizionale

Eggs (either scrambled, poached, or boiled), paired with whole wheat toast, side of vegetable, and hashbrown medley.

Veal Parmigiana

Oven baked, breaded veal cutlets covered in tomato sauce and parmesan. Paired with roasted potatoes, vegetables, or salad.

Stir Fry Medley

Stir fried rice, topped with juicy chicken in a vegetable medley.

Belgian Waffles

Waffles with a side of maple syrup, and an assortment of toppings (jams & peanut butter).

Speciale invernale

Soft pork tenderloin served with rice pilaf, vegetables, or salad.

Baked Arancini

Oven baked rice balls, layered with rich tomato sauce and side of vegetables or salad.

Dolce Mattina

French Toast, typically accompanied with ricotta cheese, served with maple syrup, and an assortment of toppings (jam & peanut butter).

Costolette

Oven baked barbecue ribs, paired with a homemade caesar salad or coleslaw.

Spaghetti & Meatballs

Al dente spaghetti, tossed in rich marinara sauce and garnished with decadent meatballs.

Robusto

Plain pancakes served with maple syrup. Typically paired with breakfast sausages.

Pesce Venerdi

Oven baked cod filet, paired with rice pilaf and roasted seasonal vegetables.

Lasagna

Layers of fresh pasta nestled between generous coats of meat sauce, freshly made in house.
