Care

Philosophy

Our small Home is a small tight-knit community that provides our residents with what we feel is the most important for aging seniors: personalized, compassionate, and dignified care.

We value authentic relationships with seniors and their families. We believe that honouring seniors as well as their support networks, requires us to build and maintain strong relationships with those we serve. In doing so, we can better understand, support, and protect the needs and well-being of the elderly in our care.

Our primary nursing model is designed to foster close and caring relationships among the staff, residents, and their loved ones. Our residents can depend on the 24/7 clinical expertise and availability of our staff. This approach to independent retirement and assisted living prioritizes the wellbeing of seniors and maximizes their independence.

Additional Care Services

We are happy to offer a range of care services (at an additional cost, subject to change) for those that require support in their day-to-day activities, or during a period of transition (such as convalescence). From post-hospital stays to palliative care, and everything in between, we can handle it:
