Breakfast can be substituted with a serving of cereal or toast. All dishes are served with your choice of juice, tea, or coffee.
For lunch, dishes are served with a soup-du-jour, bread and/or crackers, as well as your choice of water, tea, or coffee. We can substitute main dishes with the Chef's sandwich-of-the-day, which are made fresh daily.
For dinner, dishes are served with a serving of fresh fruit or a serving of desert, as well as your choice of water, tea, or coffee. We can substitute main dishes with the Chef's sandwich-of-the-day, which are made fresh daily.
Eggs (either scrambled, poached, or boiled), paired with whole wheat toast, side of vegetable, and hashbrown medley.
Oven baked, breaded veal cutlets covered in tomato sauce and parmesan. Paired with roasted potatoes, vegetables, or salad.
